New Dunkin’ Donuts DD Green™ Achievement Restaurant to Open in West Haven
D’Andrea Group celebrated the opening of the state’s first DD Green Achievement store in the summer of 2016. The store, a re-location at Captain Thomas Boulevard in West Haven boasts sustainable features and practices including energy-efficient LED light fixtures, mechanical units and water-saving plumbing fixtures, indoor air quality management and use of zero-VOC paints, and recycling.
To celebrate this DD Green Achievement, D’Andrea Group donated six commercial-grade trash cans to the city of West Haven, which were placed along the West Haven Beach boardwalk, where the restaurant is located. The goal was to reduce littering and promote recycling along the city’s pristine beaches.
D’Andrea Group opened their second GG Green Achievement store in Fall, 2016 in Orange.
